Physical Conditioning Outside Credit
Health Plan
- Devise a weekly plan that is realistic. One page should be an overview and other pages are specifics.
- Work must be neat and clean –preferably typed.
- Must include the following:
- Diet – what will you eat (keep it low carb and high protein). Please vary your meals. Separate page.
- Sleep – teens need a ton of sleep. 8-10 hours
- Exercise – should be four – five days a week. Include activity, duration and workout plan i.e. warm-ups and cool downs. Like a lesson plan. Separate page
- School and outside schoolwork plan
- Social life – everyone needs this!
- Time alone for rest, reflection, reading etc. A few hours.
- Rewards for doing well. How and when
- Chores/job
- Paying it forward – what will you do? Volunteer, church or youth group, helping a friend or neighbor?
- Recreation – play time.. Doing things you love to do.
- Working on accomplishing your dreams.
- Devise it, let me look at it, then do your best to follow it for a week
You will get a good amount of hours for this, depending on how much work you put into it. It should look nice and clear – a schedule that anyone could follow.
