Health Plan

 

  1. Devise a weekly plan that is realistic. One page should be an overview and other pages are specifics.
  2. Work must be neat and clean –preferably typed.
  3. Must include the following: 
    1. Diet – what will you eat (keep it low carb and high protein). Please vary your meals. Separate page.
    2. Sleep – teens need a ton of sleep. 8-10 hours
    3. Exercise – should be four – five days a week. Include activity, duration and workout plan i.e. warm-ups and cool   downs. Like a lesson plan. Separate page
    4. School and outside schoolwork plan
    5. Social life – everyone needs this!
    6. Time alone for rest, reflection, reading etc.  A few hours.
    7. Rewards for doing well. How and when
    8. Chores/job
    9. Paying it forward – what will you do? Volunteer, church or youth group, helping a friend or neighbor?
    10. Recreation – play time.. Doing things you love to do.
    11. Working on accomplishing your dreams.
  4. Devise it, let me look at it, then do your best to follow it for a week

 

You will get a good amount of hours for this, depending on how much work you put into it. It should look nice and clear – a schedule that anyone could follow.
